Environmental and Health & Safety Training
Training of employees, at all levels, is essential in laying a foundation for a company’s overall environmental and health & safety (EHS) compliance posture. Not to mention that it will protect people and the environment, and is required by law.
In today’s world, managers need to know how to develop and manage an effective EHS program; supervisors need to know how to implement and enforce EHS policies and Environmental and OSHA Health & Safety training requirements; and employees need to know what EHS procedures to follow, and how. This can only be accomplished through proper environmental and health & safety training.
Each employee should be provided EHS training prior to initial or new job assignment. Training topics should be determined bases on job responsibilities, training will differ from person to persons, and a schedule for refresher training should be developed and implemented.
Total Environmental & Safety, LLC (Total) provides customized onsite training to meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Our instructors are certified environmental and health & safety (EHS) professionals that are interesting, motivated and subject matter experts.
