Permitting Services: Air, Waste, Water, Wetlands
Some environmental laws require a company to obtain a permit before they can: 1) emit or discharge a pollutant into the air or water, 2) dispose, transport or store hazardous waste, or 3) engage in certain regulated activities such as demolition and construction. Permits are also used by federal, state and local government agencies to implement environmental laws intended to protect specific types of resources such as wetlands and endangered species. To make things even more complex, several states require the use of state specific software to prepare and submit permit applications.
